At JVL Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
